Service Requests and Quotes

Submitting a form or calling dispatch requests service; it does not create a binding work order. Work begins after the scope is confirmed and the flat price is accepted. Quoted prices assume conditions as described or observed at the site; if opening a line reveals conditions materially different from what any reasonable diagnosis could have predicted (for example, a collapse where footage showed none), we stop, document, and re-quote before continuing. You approve any change before it is billed.

Scheduling and Access

Arrival windows depend on dispatch load, weather and emergency volume; we commit to a 60-minute response target across our primary service area as a goal, not a guarantee of performance in every event. You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the property, fixtures and cleanouts involved in the work.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Jersey law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, pre-existing conditions in concealed portions of plumbing systems, or failures of municipal infrastructure outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Warranty of Work

Clearing work carries the re-service terms stated in your written quote. Installed materials carry manufacturer warranties where applicable, and workmanship carries the terms stated on your invoice, which control over this summary.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute arising from them will be handled in the courts of Union County, New Jersey, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
